Comprehensive Benefits Package

As part of the total compensation at BASIS, Inc., the company offers employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Basic coverage includes healthcare for employees, income security for disability, life insurance, time-off to assist in balancing professional and personal needs, and a retirement plan to help employees build their financial futures.

Health Care

BASIS has a plan which enables you to remain healthy, to manage illness, and to recuperate faster. Our plan offers protection, including dental and vision, for employees and their families.

Retirement Plan

BASIS offers a retirement plan to help employees secure their (and their families’) financial future. An employee is required to make a minimum bi-weekly payroll contribution of $100 to participate. For 2014 BASIS will make a contribution of 3% of the employee’s annual salary earned from the start date of the employee’s participation. The company donation will be deposited in the employee’s retirement account with Vanguard by the 20th of January each year for the preceding year.

Vacation and Holidays

Employees receive paid vacations, holidays, and personal days, some of which are fixed and others that are floating to meet personal needs.

Additional Benefits

The BASIS benefits program provides employees who are away from work due to sickness or disability with all or a portion of their base salary.

Continuing Education/Tuition Reimbursement

The tuition reimbursement program repays employees a percentage of the cost of tuition and related expenses when college coursework is successfully completed from an accredited institution.
