U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS)

FACTS II

BASIS’s CEO received an award from the United States Treasury Department FMS in recognition of the company's contribution and commitment to the successful development and implementation of the Federal Agencies Centralized Trial Balance System (FACTS II) on October 27th, 1999. BASIS performed the software engineering and database design of this system and wrote most of its business transactions. We currently provide operation and maintenance support for this system.

FACTS II

FACTS II is an application that allows agencies to submit a set of accounting data consisting of budgetary information. Much of this data is used in preparation of the Program & Financing (P&F) Schedule of the President’s Budget. Learn more about FACTS II here.


GOALS II

BASIS received a Certificate of Achievement for the database design of the Government On-Line Accounting Link System (GOALS II) and for performing the software engineering and writing most of the business transactions for this system. We are currently providing operation and maintenance support for GOALS II.

GOALS II

GOALS II is a financial system which allows agencies to report and view their financial information provided to Treasury on a monthly basis. Learn more about GOALS II here.


Partial 224

BASIS received a Certificate of Achievement for the database design, software engineering and writing the business transactions for the FMS Partial 224 Statement of Transactions in 2006. We are currently providing operation and maintenance support for this system.

Partial 224 is an application used by Federal Program Agencies to report their monthly accounting activity to Treasury, FMS. The reports serve as a basis of Treasury’s publications to Congress and the public regarding federal revenues and expenditures. Learn more about Partial 224 here.
